TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing, using, or purchasing from any Fusion Network service — including Fusion Servers, Fusion Development, or any associated websites, Discord servers, or platforms — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of all Fusion Network services.

All players are required to follow the posted server rules at all times. Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans at the sole discretion of Fusion Network staff. Bans are non-negotiable unless an official appeal process is available and followed.

All digital products (including FiveM liveries, vehicle packs, EUP packs, branding assets, and similar items) sold through the Fusion Development shop are non-refundable once purchased. Delivery of digital files constitutes fulfillment of the order.

Fusion Network enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against the unauthorized distribution, leaking, sharing, reselling, or re-uploading of any purchased or commissioned digital product. This includes FiveM assets, textures, liveries, vehicle packs, EUP files, branding assets, or any other digital content created or sold by Fusion Network.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fusion Network does not store payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All Fusion Network services and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Fusion Network makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability.

Fusion Network collects information necessary to operate our services, including email addresses, usernames, payment records (processed externally by Stripe), Discord IDs, Steam IDs, and purchase history. This information is used solely for service delivery and is not sold to third parties.
