& TERMS

Product images, screenshots, renders, and showcase videos are provided for demonstration purposes. Minor differences may exist between preview images and the final delivered product due to game updates, graphics settings, server configurations, or customization options.

• All custom commissions require clear project details before work begins.
• Once work has started on a custom commission, the order becomes non-refundable.
• Fusion Development reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
• Custom projects may not be canceled after substantial work has been completed.

• Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to workload, revisions, communication delays, holidays, technical issues, or circumstances outside of Fusion Development's control.

• Custom orders include reasonable revisions necessary to achieve the originally agreed-upon design.
• Major design changes, complete redesigns, or changes outside the original scope may require additional payment.

• Every purchase generates a unique License ID in the format FD-XXXX-XXXX.
• Your License ID is your proof of purchase and ties the product exclusively to you.
• A LICENSE.txt certificate is generated and provided with every completed order.
• Licenses may be suspended or revoked for Terms of Service violations without refund.

• Fusion Development retains ownership of all source files, templates, PSD files, AI files, project files, and other development resources unless explicitly transferred in writing.
• The purchaser receives a license to use the final delivered product but does not acquire ownership of the original source files.
• License grants a single-server, non-transferable right to use the asset.

Any unauthorized distribution, leaking, reselling, or sharing of Fusion Development products may result in license termination, permanent blacklisting, DMCA takedown requests, and refusal of future service.

Fusion Development reserves the right to display completed projects, commissions, liveries, branding, vehicle packs, and other products in portfolios, advertisements, social media posts, websites, and promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.

Fusion Development reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products, services, pricing, features, or offerings at any time without prior notice.

These terms apply to all purchases made through Fusion Development, including purchases made through the website, Discord, payment processors, invoices, or any other official sales platform.
